Hackathon Submission Completition

We successfully completed our OpenAI devpost hackathon project: SpawnKit. We prepared our submission with requirements completed well in advance of the deadline.

Timeline & Issue:
11:45 PM: Finalizing submission details on devpost with completed demo video file ready
Discovery: Submission platform required YouTube link format (this was not clear in the instructions)
11:59 PM Deadline: Submitted with temporary video link uploaded to a public drive to ensure on-time submission
Post-Deadline: Unable to edit submission to add YouTube link due to system lockout
Our Preparation:

We had our complete submission ready including functional MVP deployed and operational, demo video showcasing our innovation, technical documentation and codebase. I can include our architecture board image to show this was a long complex project with many components. The YouTube link was prepared immediately after discovering the requirement.

Request:
We have our YouTube link ready and would appreciate guidance on completing our submission. Our project demonstrates significant technical innovation in AI agent persistence and autonomous operation, and we believe it merits full consideration despite this documentation oversight.

We're committed to following proper submission procedures and request your help to complete our entry according to your requirements.

    Unfortunately, the submission deadline was missed. This is why we emphasize submitting early—you can always keep improving your project until the very end, and it guarantees you’re in the running for prizes.

    A pro-tip for next time: always submit a version of your project at least a few hours early. It's the best way to make sure your hard work qualifies for prizes.
