Groq Promo Code not working!

The promo code "OPENAIOSSGROQ2025" given in https://openai.devpost.com/updates/37943-2-weeks-left-speed-up-your-gpt-oss-hackathon-build-with-groq
Does not work, groq responds with "Error: Invalid promo code.", has the promo code expired or is not available in India?
Can you guys fix this please.
